In addition to working, Orient employees always raise a learning mindset by constantly promoting the spirit of learning. The year 2022 observed tremendous growth in both the quantity and quality of training activities.
According to a recent survey called Training Needs & Satisfaction Survey 2022, up to 82% of employees said that they are satisfied with the training activities of 2022. To create an environment where employees can nourish and grow day by day, we put efforts into distributing numerous training sessions.
Internal Training Sessions
Specifically, since the beginning of 2022, there have been countless direct training courses at all levels taking place in different forms.
Internal Training Courses
To instruct staff timely on announcement and working processes, we conducted informative courses such as Agile/Scrum, Payment Process, OKR Frameworks, and Company Core Values. These sessions were hosted by 7 trustworthy instructors and participated enthusiastically by 187 employees in Orient, Bravo, and Neurond.
Internal Sharing Courses
In a fast-paced IT industry, it is crucial to catch on to new technologies and trends. With 3 sharing topics including “API testing”, “Prepare for AWS certificate”, and “PMP – How to get your professional certificates” hosted by 4 dedicated speakers and joined by 56 employees, we guaranteed the level-up of training quality within Orient, Bravo, and Neurond.
Internship Training Programs
We focused on nurturing new talents through internship training programs with 66 interns including technical and non-technical positions from different prestigious universities and colleges. Joining the internship program, the interns were able to get access to comprehensive training packages including simple-to-advance techniques, essential soft skills and especially practical experience in actual projects/departments.
At Orient Ho Chi Minh, after 3 phases of studying with 16 classes, 414 learning hours and 111 participants, each company member has practiced and polished up their English skills ranging from vocabulary and grammar to communication skills, and reflexes when using English as a second language.
Inheriting that fruition, Orient Danang also successfully launched English program named 5PM LAB. With 4 classes and 45 participants, 5PM LAB also demonstrated its tempting captivation to all employees.
External Training Sessions
External Training Courses
Besides technical knowledge, the enhancement of soft skills could not be left out of the employees’ developing path. We understood the needs and successfully organized 3 soft skills enhancing courses namely Managing People, Leadership, and Cross-cultural communication with the participation of all the members of BOD and leaders.
Self-learning Online Courses
In addition to offline training, self-learning on online platforms is also considered an effective and helpful method, facilitating employees reaching new milestones in their career path. In 2022, we continued introducing new policies for Online Training on Udemy and AWS.
With an attractive budget of 100 USD/employee for the whole year of 2022, 40+ courses on Udemy have been learned by 25 employees, spreading the unstoppable spirit of learning to all employees.
Being launched in the fourth quarter of 2022, researching and learning on AWS also attracted a lot of interest from staff members with a budget of 30 USD per quarter for 2022. This year recognized up to 16 enthusiastic employees having registered research on AWS.
To learn is to get the achievement is a so-true statement to our employees. Within 2022, Orient, Bravo, and Neurond take pride in the exquisite performance of 26 employees who acquired over 37 certificates in multiple techniques such as AWS, Azure, PMP, Scrum, etc.
Having been launched in Quarter 1 of 2022, webinar quickly becomes one of the outstanding sharing series not only for employees but also for external audiences. With 4 sharing topics, 1500+ registrations and 650+ audiences, webinar proved its unavoidable attraction and made it become the most expected sharing session every quarter.
Training at the Universities
This year, enhancing relationships with universities is strongly promoted through mentoring and lecturing activities. 30+ employees had an opportunity to become mentors for graduation papers or honorary lecturers in 16 universities in Danang.

Thanks to wholehearted devotion and enthusiasm, the powerful trainers force at Orient, Bravo, and Neurond has contributed to the fruitful accomplishment of 2022 training activities.
To express deep gratitude and pay recognition to our beloved trainers, Trainer’s Day (20/11) was auspiciously organized and celebrated 68 enthusiastic trainers in various internal training activities such as internal sharing, training courses, intern training, or mentoring and lecturing graduates.
In summary, 2022 come to an end with the fruition of training activities. On that note, Orient, Bravo, and Neurond would like to sincerely thank all staff members who have constantly made efforts to learn and develop to bring success to themselves in particular and to us in general. In that spirit, training team voiced the confidence that Training Program 2023 will continue to be promoted and expanded more completely and successfully.
