Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of a critical system merge initiative, ensuring effective collaboration between Product and Engineering teams.
This role focuses on project planning, cross-team coordination, and delivery tracking to ensure smooth execution, alignment, and timely release of system components.

Plan and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the system merge initiative.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
Facilitate regular project meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups across teams.
Maintain clear communication between Product and Engineering teams regarding scope, priorities, and delivery expectations.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and proactively work with teams to resolve issues.
Support testing coordination, validation activities, and release readiness from a project management perspective.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure documentation, status reports, and project communication are maintained throughout the delivery cycle.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination, preferably in software or technology environments.
Strong skills in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and QA.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or similar project delivery methodologies.
Strong organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on deliverables, and keep projects on track.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
