UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

  • Translate user needs, constraints, and research outputs into clear user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma
  • Work with Engineers to discuss feasibility, edge cases and handoff details; support during implementation and QA
  • Contribute to and extend our design system (components, tokens) to drive consistency and speed
  • Create interactive prototypes for internal reviews, stakeholder alignment and usability validation
  • Run or support lightweight user research and usability tests; turn findings into actionable design improvements
  • Break down experiences into incremental, shippable slices that deliver value while derisking complexity
  • Apply UX best practices and usability principles to ensure solutions are intuitive, efficient and scalable for complex B2B workflows
  • Collaborate with PMs to shape problem statements, prioritize use cases, and define scope/MVP
  • Present work clearly to cross-functional partners and incorporate feedback quickly

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, ideally in B2B SaaS or similarly complex, data-rich products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, interaction design and UI craft
  • Expert Figma skills, including components/variants, auto-layout, prototyping and design tokens
  • Hands-on experience working with and evolving design systems
  • Proven collaboration with PMs on scope & prioritization and with Developers on implementation details
  • Solid understanding of responsive web applications, accessibility basics and modern UX patterns
  • Clear, concise communication in English; ability to explain decisions and trade-offs

Great to have

  • Interest or experience using AI tools to accelerate design workflows (e.g., ideation, content, asset generation, documentation)
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS (for communication and feasibility discussions)
  • Experience designing for admin tools, roles/permissions or content management workflows
