(Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist - Based in Ha Noi

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: align requirements, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offering and support onboarding.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels and networks.
  • Post and promote job openings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and track hiring progress.
  • Prepare and update recruitment reports and dashboards to support hiring decisions.
  • Continuously update recruitment trends, improve recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies.
  • Support employer branding and internal engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal functional team to organize company events, job fairs, office tours and other related activities.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by the TA Management Team.

Requirements

Must have:

  • At least 04 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on IT recruitment (preferably in IT/outsourcing environments), covering both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing and employer branding across platforms such as LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, ITviec, Facebook, IT communities, and niche talent groups.
  • Strong understanding of the technology talent market, with effective sourcing and networking capabilities, and continuous learning mindset with interest in recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and ATS systems, with the ability to manage pipelines effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, working closely with Hiring Managers and technical teams to deliver hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Vietnamese & English), with strong negotiation capability.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, using recruitment metrics to support decision-making and improve performance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high attention to detail.
  • High sense of ownership, responsibility, teamwork, and a result-oriented, service mindset.
  • Mentoring experience, with the ability to guide, coach, and support junior team members to improve team performance.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in building or maintaining TA dashboards and reports using Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI, or ATS-native tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
