Back in 2005, Orient Software was founded by two forward-thinking leaders, Ms. Nhung Nguyen and Mr. Øyvind Forsbak – one as the visionary head and one as the technical brain. They started a dedicated team of only a few passionate engineers, pursuing the shared vision of delivering quality engineering and long-term values.

Twenty years ago, we started with a very small company. We were like six employees at that time. We have grown organically, and today we are heading to the milestone of 2 decades with 400+ staff, 200+ projects delivered, 100+ satisfied clients, five offices in Vietnam, and representatives in Singapore, Japan, and Australia,”

We bolster our delivery excellence in end‑to‑end software consulting and engineering and continue to enhance what has defined us: Service quality, strong collaboration, and flexible engagement models, such as autonomous Delivery Teams and fully integrated Extended Teams.
• We bring Neurond AI on board as an extended arm of Orient Software to elevate our service offerings in both depth and breadth. Neurond AI delivers a niche-focused package of solutions, including data engineering and BI, AI development and integration, LLM and generative AI solutions, MLOps, and custom AI agent development.

Our Investment in Future-Ready Capabilities

Orient Software launches an initiative centered on “Human intelligence at scale.” This strategic vision focuses on amplifying human capabilities and accelerating professional development with the power of artificial intelligence.
