Responsibilities

  • Marketing Collaterals, Design and Production
    • In charge of concept development and design of marketing collaterals and business development materials: brochures, proposal templates, presentations, publications, flyers, standees, posters, event POSM, etc.
    • Manage the production process of the above-mentioned materials, including working with suppliers
  • Website Management
    • Provide support to the website team for the maintenance and development of OSD's website, including but not limited to updating new content and images
  • Digital Marketing
    • In charge of marketing concepts and content production and publishing for OSD's social media marketing channels, email marketing, search engine marketing, as well as other online channels
    • In charge of planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
  • Event Organizing and Support
    • Organize events and provide on-the-spot support to events, including branding and communications
    • Build and maintain a rich library of photos and other content resources for OSD
  • Other Marketing & Communication Support
    • Manage branded merchandise stock and internal databases
  • Support the team on other marketing and communications works, as necessary
  • Support the Marketing Manager in delivering work results of the marketing team
  • Coordinate with other teams in the company to deliver marketing and communications results
  • Collaborate with marketing partners for co-branding/marketing purposes
  • Communicate with vendors for buying / renting their products / services as necessary
  • Report to the Marketing Manager periodically / as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
  • 2-3 years of working experience in marketing
  • Experience in public relations and copywriting is a plus
  • Have good knowledge about marketing (Business to business – B2B Marketing)
  • Have experience in copywriting and/or business writing
  • Have especially excellent command of written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Good negotiating skills, persuading skills
  • Networking skills
  • Fluent in English in 4 skills of Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Writing (At least C level, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700 or above)
  • OpenOffice, Microsoft Office
  • Positive thinking
