Job Purpose

As the Head of People and Culture, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and people development strategies. You will champion our core values of Openness, Learning Mindset, and Collaboration, ensuring they permeate every aspect of our operations. This role involves driving HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, developing effective people management strategies, and facilitating a conducive and rewarding work environment that promotes continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business strategy and core values.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, openness, and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Ensuring employee well-being and promoting diversity and inclusion
  • Nurture a performance culture where high performance is recognized and rewarded, and feedback for improvement is constructively provided.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and retain the best talent that aligns with our values and culture.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and incorporates our core values.
  • Assess training needs, develop, and monitor training programs to foster continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as an HR manager or HR executive, preferably within the software industry.
  • People-oriented and results-driven, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, open, and learning-oriented work environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing learning and development programs
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws in Vietnam
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or HR certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
