Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s learning and development strategy, aligning with the business objectives, workforce planning, and talent management priorities.
  • Lead the L&D team — including trainers, and program coordinators — to ensure the effective delivery of learning initiatives across all levels.
  • Propose innovative initiatives and approaches to continuously enhance the company’s L&D activities, optimize learning impact, and improve employee engagement.
  • Oversee the company’s competency framework, skills inventory, and career development roadmap to support succession planning and organizational growth.
  • Manage L&D budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and impactful program delivery.
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to evaluate learning effectiveness, ROI, and organizational capability improvements.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth across the organization.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify capability gaps and learning priorities in both technical and soft skills.
  • Design and deliver learning programs (classroom, e-learning, or blended) in collaboration with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate key workshops or leadership development sessions where direct L&D engagement adds value.
  • Manage the company’s LMS and learning database, ensuring accurate training records and an up-to-date curriculum.
  • Oversee certification management by supporting employees in professional accreditations (e.g., AWS, Azure, Agile, PMP).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, including at least 3 years in management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing the full L&D cycle — from needs analysis to evaluation — with strong strategic alignment.
  • Demonstrated experience in competency frameworks, workforce skills mapping, and certification management.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and budgeting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with modern learning methodologies and digital learning technologies (e-learning, microlearning, blended learning, LMS platforms).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate learning insights into strategic actions.
  • Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal), with strong facilitation and presentation.
